pilates reformer
has anyone done it?
i forgot to post yesterday...this guy in my building is going to start offering classes (and yoga too!) in the building. How great is that?!
anyway, I did the reformer on Sunday and it is incredible. It works muscles like nothing I have ever done--a good deep sore. I love it!!!!!

I hadn't even heard of a pilates reformer until this post, so, while I was at working on my thesis at the library on Monday with my thesis buddy, I took a little break and did a google search. I found a youtube video of someone demonstrating one, which I subsequently opened and watched, but was unable to mute the sound on my computer before the video began. Thesis buddy walked over, saw me watching said video, grinned, and shook his head.
